About Us
This webpage has been developed by the ERO Working Group “Ageing Population”, one of the 8 ERO Working Groups. It is designed to help caregivers provide care for the teethand dentures of dependent persons.
ERO is the European Regional Organization of the World Dental Federation FDI. It is a non-profit organization established in accordance with the FDI constitution, registered in the Swiss Canton of Geneva. It associates member organizations of the FDI from the European geographical areas.
Objectives
ERO aims at promoting the concept of dentistry as an independent profession based on the principle of freedom of choice in the relationship between dentist and patient.
ERO supports its member organizations in providing the best possible oral and general health to the patients.
It promotes and supports European and national health policies thatrespect the ethical principles and professional standards.
